The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to transportation options such as the Havabus and Havaist to the airport just 250m away. This was convenient for getting around the city. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Mediterranean options, providing a satisfying start to the day. The abundance of food choices was definitely a bonus.
The TV reception at the hotel was not very good, a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a clearer and more enjoyable television viewing experience.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated with new furniture. The light system in the room was a pleasant surprise. The lobby had a joyful atmosphere with vibrant colors and comfortable furniture. The receptionists were nice, helpful, and attentive. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but really close to Taksim Square and its attractions. The service was absolutely top notch, with room service, housekeeping, and 24-hour assistance always available. We especially appreciated the airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was superb, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, in-room safe, and soundproofed walls. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were also impressed by the spa centre, garden area, and beach access, which offered great leisure facilities.
A family looking for a great hotel experience should choose this place.
